RECOGNIZING THE “SPIRIT” IN MATTER
—
We and our world are composed of more than what we refer to as physical matter. Science tells us that it’s all made of energy; that there is really no solid ‘matter.’
We float in this giant Sea of Energy. And since we share this Sea of Energy with everyone else,
we are fundamentally interrelated. Interconnected.
In a Spiritual, interrelated world, we are intimately connected to everyone.
How we act and re-act matters.
Why Spirituality?
We can become better human beings. We can become better at acting and re-acting in this interconnected world. This is Practical Spirituality. And it takes practice.
Daily Practice
Why? Because by practicing we can become better. We can apply kindness, tolerance, and compassion in our daily lives; and much more…
Choices
There are alternative choices possible in challenging situations. Daily Practice can remind us to Remember and Celebrate our interconnectedness with all Life.
Teaching Angels
There are Teaching Angels for each day of the week. These angels are associated with the days in the Western tradition.
Enhance your spiritual practice by incorporating these candles or cards into your daily routine, whether it be on your altar or in your sacred space. They have images of the angels by artist John Morris and prayer / mantras for each day.

This is my simple religion.
There is no need for temples;

Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.
