I encourage people to have a daily spiritual practice; that’s the best way to take care of yourself.
If you have that daily practice, it means you’re getting divine guidance,
and you’re not being guided by your ego or your personality.

This Practical Spirituality: Daily Practice series provides a combination of tools and practices designed to empower you to discover your own Spiritual path. It includes practices that anyone can personalize to connect with a more interconnected approach to Life.  The approach is non-sectarian – and All are welcome!

It covers Sacred Space, Dream Journals, Concentration Exercises, Basic Meditation, Positive Thinking, and Keeping a Journal of your Spiritual Practice.  We’ll also talk about benefits from Spiritual practice – and other tools to inspire your Spiritual Life and practice.  To remember and celebrate our connection with all Life can be a fun, beautiful and healthy practice.

All these elements are Practical parts of our interaction with Life.  When we Practice, we focus on our own interconnectedness and creating more beauty around us.

Once you’ve spent some time with the various skills and tools offered in this series, you’ll be able to assemble those that resonate with you into a Daily Practice.  Ideally done most every day, this practice would allow you to engage with these tools and start seeing some practical results from your work.  Improvisation and fun are encouraged!  Here’s a Daily Practice PDF worksheet you can use to get started.  It references all the tools and practices below.  And places them in a daily context for you.

Note: This is only one set of ideas and tools that one could use to build a Spirituality practice.  There are many ways to do this.  Infinitely customizable!
